Kino is an above-average, slightly hidden gem in Nana Plaza, located through a red curtain at the top of the left-side stairs leading to the second floor. Nestled right next to Random, Kino surprises visitors with its spacious interior that belies its modest entrance. Once inside, you’ll find a well-designed layout where every seat offers a clear view of the stage, ensuring you won’t miss any of the action.
The bar features a DJ who keeps the atmosphere lively with upbeat tracks, encouraging the girls to keep dancing and the crowd to stay engaged. During our visit, there was even a brief karaoke show, with two girls singing a Thai song that added a touch of local flavor to the night. However, despite the appealing design and reasonable drink prices, Kino falls short in one crucial area: the quality of its entertainment lineup.
While the bar’s ambiance and setup are impressive, the performers themselves left much to be desired. The lineup lacked the energy and appeal that many visitors expect from a night out in Nana Plaza. Kino has the potential to be a top spot given its great location and inviting atmosphere, but it needs to improve the quality of its entertainment to truly stand out in the competitive environment that is Nana Plaza.
