Happy Sunday, fellow monger. How’s ya junk hangin’? If your tackle’s like mine, it misses the red-light district somethin’ awful. As we enter the 3rd month of the 3rd Bangkok fun zone lockdown, we’re faced with an existential crisis—or rather, a sexistential one. The wise and all-knowing Thai government, who never make a bad decision based on no logic or evidence, have not deigned to speculate about the date when bars can reopen. And so, we have no choice but to soldier on without hope or agenda. Stuck in a rut. Waiting for reprieve from a gang of brain-dead idiots. It might be the only drawback to life in this awesome country.
But I digress.
Each Sunday, we here at BKKNites have endeavored to favor you with photo albums from the recent yet nostalgic past, when the gogos were open and life was sublime. But as the months drone on, we find that we’re running low on old photos, mainly because, for the last several years, our access to the red-light bars has mostly been confined to Patpong (with the exceptions of Lighthouse, Suzi Wong’s, and Dollhouse on Soi Cowboy). Had the folks at Nana let us, we could’ve accumulated vast quantities of hot photos of their girls for your mid-lockdown coping pleasure. As for today’s album, it’s from Jack Nites’ recent visit to a “Ladies in White” night at The Strip.
We’ve talked about The Strip many times. It’s hands-down our favorite gogo in Bangkok, for a long list of reasons. Topping that list, though, is the roster of hot chicks, who aren’t just hot but fun, unpretentious, hilarious, laid-back, sexy, sensual, and bawdy. Hanging out with these babes in their bar is a pleasure and a privilege every single time we go. Which is why we go a lot.
Personally, I’ve had a lot of favorite girls from The Strip over the years. Most have quit the life or gone to other bars in other provinces. What’s amazing about this little gogo is how, every time a group of great girls bails, new incredible ones arrive to take their place, thanks mostly to Anna, The Strip’s mamasan. She has a knack for recruiting the cream of the crop. The current gang of gals is a mixture of young newbies and seasoned veterans.
The leaders of the pack right now are Bee and Pupae. They’re both new to the game, both natural sex goddesses, both great dancers, and BFFs. They do everything together, and are a comic duo in their own right. They both sport exquisite tattoos and to top it all off, they’re both quite fetching as well. It’s no wonder they’re the number 1 and 2 slot in the roster.
Bee Pupae
A semi-new girl is Film. She comes off shy at first, but she’s also a ball to be around. She’s the one that let me spread kaiserschmarnn all over her naked body and take photos. I want to say she was at XXX before moving to The Strip, but I could be wrong. Maybe it was King’s 1. Anyway, she also sports a gorgeous back tattoo, though she’s not as bold about it as Pupae and Bee. If you want to see it, you’ll stand a better chance of success by getting her behind closed doors.

On this particular night, a girl from King’s 1 came over to work The Strip just for one night. I can’t remember her name, though I should, since every time I see her she hits me up for sweets.
Fern—who my friend Lucky and I affectionately refer to as “Toothy,” has been on the Pong for ages. If memory serves, she got her start in Thigh Bar, moved to Kiss, then Electric Blue, then back to Thigh, then The Strip. She’s just a simple country girl with a talent for pole dancing, and found her way to the red-light purely by instinct. She’s a down-to-earth, no-BS kind of gal, with a tight little ass that just begs to be squeezed. And she might’ve panhandled me out of 10,000 baht over the course of the last year.

I don’t really know how to end this blog, except to say that I miss The Strip like a drowning man misses air. I refuse to turn pessimistic despite no evidence or reason to stay positive, so I’m only going to say this: when the red-lights finally reopen, and the girls retake the poles, I’m going to set up a tent inside The Strip and probably never leave.
Let’s carry on and keep our eyes on the prize, everyone. In the meantime, if you want to see more flashback photos from Patpong, check out today’s post on my website: http://patpongnightlife.com/2021/06/06/flashback-photo-album-kiss-bar-patpong/
And raise a glass to another week above ground, in spite of the Koof, in spite of the stupid lockdown, in spite of the heat and the lack of access to booze in (most) restaurants, in the greatest country on Earth: Thailand.
